Las Vegas NV Real Estate is some of the most desired in the country. The Las Vegas area is growing at an exponential rate. Encompassed in the Las Vegas Valley are three cities, Las Vegas, North Las Vegas, and Henderson. All are growing faster than most communities throughout the country.

Boulder City lies about thirty miles to the east of Las Vegas, close to Lake Mead. The town was built in the 1930’s for the workers building Hoover Dam. It has all of the charm of a small town with the tree lined streets and small town activities. Growth is limited so as to maintain its appeal.
Las Vegas is considered the entertainment capital of the world with all of the top acts appearing at one time or another on the fabulous “Strip”. The casinos are one of the dominate sources of employment in the area. They help to a large degree in keeping the taxes lower and supporting the school system. There is no state income tax in Nevada.
The developing hi-rise condo projects are giving Las Vegas Boulevard a Manhattan like skyline. There are more than 50 hi-rise developments built, being built or in the planning stages. The prices can range from the low $200’s to over $5 million. They seem to be selling as quickly as they are being built.
There is a continuous influx of people to the Las Vegas area so the growth is likely to continue. Several new casinos are under construction and a five star hotel without the gambling is in the planning stages. The movie industry is filming more often in the area. An increase of over 100,000 new jobs is expected over the next few years.
